Selling A Property – The Process

Decided to Sell?

You may have already commissioned an estate agent to sell your property, or are in the final stages of doing so.

It is at this stage that you should contact us about preparing the requisite documentation. The Contract of Sale and the Section 32 Vendor Statement are required for the sale.

Depending on the type of property you are selling, contract prepartion can take from three to ten days. We aim to have the contracts ready for the first day of the property’s marketing campaign. Therefore the earlier you speak to us the better.

If you have further queries or wish to discuss our services please call tel:03 9374 1877 or send an email to generalconveyancing@bigpond.com

Upon Selling

It is important to notify us as soon as the property has sold so that we can start preparing for settlement.

Your hard work to this point is now complete and it is at this stage that we will take over and handle everything required for settlement on your behalf.

We will explain the process and outline what is involved. This may vary depending on the property type and your individual needs. Our aim is to keep the process as efficient as possible, proving hassle free for you.
